Patch 1.0.20 — Performance upgrades and auto-save changes
Manuscript editing latency improvements, plus a setting to choose your own auto-save interval.

- Made a number of performance fixes that should help the reported latency issues when editing in the manuscript interface.
- Added the ability to set the save duration manually while editing in the manuscript, through the settings menu. This gives you greater control over which changes you keep and which you hold on to before committing them to your workflow.
